Hi, I am a TESL Certified ESL teacher with a Masters degree in English and more than 25 years' experience. I studied Phonetics at university and I know many physical tricks to help you master difficult sounds in English - R/L, B/V, TH, etc. I teach conversation strategies to help you speak more easily in English. I can explain English grammar in a way that makes it easier to understand when to use each tense, and can help with SATs, TOEFL & TOEIC tests. I teach writing to Canadians as well as immigrants, and am happy to work with all ages (kindergarten to seniors!). I have a computer diploma and can teach Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook up to an advanced level. I am available most afternoons & evenings after 3:30 pm. I charge $35 per hour for one person, but discount groups.
